Biography

First known as Miss Jones, then later as Dr. Urciuoli, Rebecca Jones Urciuoli came to Nightingale in 1994 as an Interschool Fellow and assistant Kindergarten teacher. She has since held many roles at Nightingale, including Class IV homeroom teacher, learning specialist, director of counseling, interim co-head of Middle School, associate head of Lower School, and Lower School Head. Dr. Urciuoli was educated at Princeton University and Columbia University. Her two daughters, Jane '19 and Nina '23, are Nightingale alumnae.
