The Photographs series of Board of Trustees and Committees Records consists of photographs featuring members of the Board of Trustees and Board events. Included are group photographs of the entire Board of Trustees, which may have been published in Yearbooks or Annual Reports, as well as individual portrait and small group shots. Photographs from Board events, such as parties, are also represented.

Photographs including members of the Board of Trustees may also be found in other Record Groups' photographs series. For example, a Board member may be pictured in photographs from an alumnae event, which are included in the Alumnae Relations and The Alumnae Association series of the Institutional Advancement Records sub-group. Some Trustees may also be parents of students attending Nightingale, and thus be featured in photographs from Parents Association events, found in the Parents Association Records sub-group.
