This sub-group includes photographs of alumnae taken at events organized by the Institutional Advancement department and/or the Alumnae Association. Events represented include alumnae reunions and receptions in New York and elsewhere, informal reunions organized by alumnae, and educational lectures for alumnae. Nightingale faculty and staff, particularly Institutional Advancement department staff members, Heads of School, and Trustees may be included in photographs. Alumnae may also be shown in photographs from school events to which they are invited, such as annual Fairs, fundraising events, C.A.F.E. events, and Around the Tree/winter celebration; photos from these events are generally found in the Student Life Record Group.

Also included are personal photographs sent by alumnae with updates to Nightingale for inclusion in school publications. These photos may include alumnae children and spouses or feature a location or activity that is special to the alumna.

There are also group photographs of alumnae with daughters who attend Nightingale. At times, only the daughters were photographed as a group, but parent alumnae were later included in the group photograph. These were often published in school yearbooks beginning in 1959, in newsletters, or in the Alumnae Bulletin, which should be consulted if a particular year's original photograph is not included in this subseries. Lists of students that are daughters of alumnae can be found in RG03_SG001_S01_SS08.
