This folder includes the school's General Rules and By-laws of the Board of Trustees as amended over time, from approximately the 1950s to mid-1970s. The file also includes a typed copy of the school's Provisional Charter granted November 16, 1939, a financial office outline of procedures from 1971, a typed copy of Education Law sec. 226, a 1959 financial audit, and correspondence from legal counsel.
