Scope and Contents From the Series:

This series includes photographs, invitations, and programs related to endowed academic lectures at Nightingale-Bamford School. See the General Note for a description of these lectures. Also see External Documents for an historical list of lecturers and subjects. Brief articles on some lectures may be found in The Spectator student newspaper and in school newsletters.

Scope and Contents From the Record Group:

The Student Life Record Group consists of records related to Nightingale students that evidence student life at the school outside of classroom academics. Included are yearbooks, student publications, athletics records, admissions department records, college advising records, records of student clubs and committees, student governance records, diversity and community life, records regarding the brief boarding school at Nightingale, and records of student support/counseling offerings.

Scope and Contents From the Series: This series consists mainly of photographs and programs. with some sound recordings and video recordings associated with Morning Meetings (and its predecessor, Prayers), assemblies, assembly speakers and performances, and other guest speakers hosted by the school. Speakers appearing in this series' photographs include actors and filmmakers, authors, writers, media commentators, activists, psychiatrists and psychologists, and politicians. Scope and Contents From the Sub-Series:

This sub-series includes records of the Cultural Awareness for Everyone (C.A.F.E.) Club and consists mainly of photographs of club members for annual yearbooks and of club activities, as well as event programs and numerous photographs that document the club's Cultural Night events over the years.

Articles and photographs about C.A.F.E. and Cultural Night can also be found in yearbooks, school publications, and Spectator, the student newspaper.
