Scope and Contents From the Series: The Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes series includes meeting notices and minutes of regular, annual, and special meetings of the Nightingale-Bamford School Board of Trustees and Miss Nightingale's School, its predecessor. Meeting minutes through 1977 are compiled into seven bound volumes chronologically, although some may also be available loosely. These compilations may additionally contain records related to Board meetings and school governance, such as agreements, charters, and bylaws....

This sub-series includes records of the Cultural Awareness for Everyone (C.A.F.E.) Club and consists mainly of photographs of club members for annual yearbooks and of club activities, as well as event programs and numerous photographs that document the club's Cultural Night events over the years.

Articles and photographs about C.A.F.E. and Cultural Night can also be found in yearbooks, school publications, and Spectator, the student newspaper.
