Scope and Contents From the Series:

When the Nightingale archives were first organized, it was impossible to discern where most photographs originated. Thus, they were placed into subject categories. As of at least the 2000s, most photographs taken at Nightingale originate in the communications department and are used in both print and electronic publications and social media. Thus, when it can be determined that communications was the creator of photographs, they will be catalogued in this series.

Scope and Contents From the Record Group: The External Relations Record Group is comprised of records related to the Nightingale-Bamford School's communications and relations with outside groups, such as students' parents, alumnae, media and the general public. These include records from the Institutional Advancement office related to the Alumnae Association and fundraising, Parents Association records, and Communications office records including those relevant to the school's branding and image, such as school news publications,...

This subseries includes records relating to the annual reunion for alumnae held at Nightingale. Records include invitations to the annual reunion and related events, correspondence, reunion guest books and scrapbooks, reunion event schedules and programs, and alumnae awards presented at reunion. Photographs from reunion activities can be found in RG03_SG001_S03.
