Scope and Contents From the Series: The Board of Trustees Meeting Minutes series includes meeting notices and minutes of regular, annual, and special meetings of the Nightingale-Bamford School Board of Trustees and Miss Nightingale's School, its predecessor. Meeting minutes through 1977 are compiled into seven bound volumes chronologically, although some may also be available loosely. Traditionally, a group photograph of students in the same class year is taken annually and each class photograph for that year is published in the school yearbook. The Class Photographs series includes some of those original photographs, along with other photographs where most or all students in a class are together. Occasionally, photographs will include students from two class years, pictured together.

Scope and Contents From the Series: Commencement Photographs consists of photographs taken during the school's Commencement ceremony, at which Class XII students graduate from Upper School, as well as photographs taken directly before and after the ceremony of students, their families, and faculty.
