Scope and Contents From the Record Group:

Records in the Administration Record Group are related to the administration of Nightingale-Bamford School, including Heads of School records, Board of Trustees records, accreditation records, school association records, Business Office records, including financial and facilities records, and school technology records.

Scope and Contents From the Record Group:

Special Collections encompasses materials relevant to Nightingale, its history, people, and/or mission, but were not created in the ordinary course of Nightingale's business or were donated items significant enough to constitute their own collection. These records do not generally fall into the other record groups' scope.

Scope and Contents From the Series: Commencement Records include commencement ceremony invitations, programs, scripts, and transcriptions of speeches given. Each year, a commencement guest speaker is invited to deliver words of wisdom and inspiration to the graduating senior students; correspondence with prospective guest speakers and the speaker's biographical information and or curriculum vitae may be in this record series. This series includes programs/talking scripts, award recipient lists, and photographs from athletic awards presentations; Athletic Association and Athletic Board records and photographs; and physical athletic awards including ribbons and trophies, athletics-related banners, and letters.

The Student Life Record Group consists of records related to Nightingale students that evidence student life at the school outside of classroom academics. Included are yearbooks, student publications, athletics records, admissions department records, college advising records, records of student clubs and committees, student governance records, diversity and community life, records regarding the brief boarding school at Nightingale, and records of student support/counseling offerings.
